By Train:
TGV (3 hours from Paris) change at Chambéry or Grenoble and take the local train to Pontcharra-sur- Breda.
By Plane:
- Lyon Saint Exupéry airport, than take the bus to Chambery train station and then the local train to Pontcharra-sur-Breda
- Genève Airport, then take the train to Pontcharra-sur-Breda
- Grenoble airport
Taxi and Shuttle
To facilitate car sharing, contact Lô’s Car Taxi service for a lift (20 minutes drive) from Pontcharra-sur-Breda train station to Avalon Eco-site and Open Mindfulness Institute.

Price of the sessions
Mindful Contribution
Mindful Contribution means: to give in Euros (€), the equivalent of what we mindfully considered have received.
In any case your contribution is precious to maintain and develop the Open Mindfulness Institute, working with many volunteers, for the benefit of all.
Suggested contribution
The price is given as an indication of the cost: 55€/day, 165€/3days.
Accommodation and meals are not included.
You may have three choices:
- To give more than 55€/day: that is supporting the development and compensates the low gifts
- To give 55€/day: to secure the balance of the budget
- To give less the 55€/day: doing our best
